FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

We are considered an out of network provider. We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement at the "out of network" rate.

What does Cash Pay mean?

"Cash Pay" means payment is made out of pocket at the time of service. This allows us to provide personalized, high-quality care without the restrictions of insurance. Many families choose this option for greater flexibility and access to specialized services.

Because we target exactly what your child needs, and not what the insurance demands, we can often get your child better in less sessions. Sometimes co-pays can be more than this! On average we see kids 8.5 visits. If pricing is a concern, please check out our Free Clinic option.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept FSA and HSA cards.

What developmental diagnosis do you commonly treat?

We treat children with a variety of issues and diagnoses including: torticollis, delayed milestones, low tone, Cerebral Palsy, and more.

What pelvic health issues do you commonly treat?

We treat children who are experiencing a variety of issues including: constipation, bed wetting, withholding poop, encopresis, pee and poop leaks/accidents, and more.

What should I expect during the consult?

We offer complimentary 20-minute virtual video or phone consults. This will give you an opportunity to meet and speak with the therapist prior to your first session to discuss how therapy can help, ask questions, and see if we are a good fit. Your child does not need to be present for the consultation.

How should I prepare for my child's first session? What should I bring?

To prepare for your first session, we ask that you complete the intake form our team will send you through Janeapp and add a credit card to your Janeapp profile. Completing this allows us to best use all of our time together.

Generally, you do not need to bring anything. However, if your child has specific medical needs that are pertinent to their treatment you should bring those. This can include: medical devices, braces, and a list of current medications. If your child is a little nervous, you may also choose to bring a small comfort item or a snack.
